Public lying to manipulations, insinuations, and groundless accusations against ETT Energy in Kosovo

ETMT Energy flatly rejects accusations and institutions mentioned in public attitudes and articles of individuals and some traditional and online media in Kosovo, which are manipulated and dezinformative. The articles provide selectively partial facts, remove fundamental context, and create deceptive institutions that distort public perception, and without any definition of a competent business authority that would support such serious manipulations, lies, and slanderous labels, made against EMT Energy and people connected to this company.

EMT Energy operates fully with the laws and acts that regulate the energy market. The company develops its own business in line with the professional, commercial and regulatory standards applicable in Kosovo and in the energy sector in the region.

EMT Energy is a commercial energy company, not a political actor. Hence, it should not be involved or instrumentalised in political disputes or election campaigns. Public debate on energy market issues in the Republic of Kosovo is legitimate and important, but must be based on facts, verified information and balanced reporting, especially when the reputation of a legally operating company is threatened.

Trying to Link Articles The ETT Energy with illegal behavior, political influence, market manipulation or inappropriate regional affiliation is completely unfounded and seems designed to create sensationalization and damage the company's reputation.

Any business relations or trade transactions undertaken by the company are conducted legally, transparently and in accordance with market regulations;

Ener Trade Shkk in Albania is specialising in the Most Energy Trade with presence in 12 countries, licensed in Montenegro and Albania, and through companies, daughters and their partners, licensed for the Energy Major Trade in Hungary, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo and North Macedonia.

Ener Trade Shkk in Albania, and her daughters companies have traded physically more than 3 TWh of electricity in 12 countries annually over the last five years. Ener Trade Speed in Albania reported high revenues annually, namely 399m euros in 2022 and 199m euros in 2025.

Ener Trade Speed in Albania is part of the Gjonaj Group Holdings and has a global presence in more than 15 countries, established since 2009 with more than 1,000 active employees in more than 20 companies worldwide.

ETT Energy in Kosovo, after competing at the ECCO annual auction for Kosovo's energy imports for 2026, won this auction, following a very transparent procedure with closed bidding procedures with public openings.
