Panic in Rome: 30 Military Horses Out of Control, Five Injured

Panic moments were recorded in Rome at night, when about 30 Italian armed forces horses went out of control and ran through some of the capital's main roads.
The incident, which caused great concern between citizens and authorities, left five people injured and caused material damage to some vehicles.
As media reports there, the event took place near the Baths of Caracalla area, where horses were preparing for the military parade organized on the Republic Day, broadcasts Klankosova.tv.
According to Italian media, animals were frightened by the explosion of several fireworks, breaking the siege and starting to thoroughly crowd through the city.
During the operation to stop and catch horses, three soldiers and two effective police officers suffered injuries. Two were transported to the hospital for medical treatment, but fortunately they are out of danger to life.
Besides the injured, the horses also caused damage in several parked and moving vehicles, while the authorities engaged for several hours to restore the situation under control.
After the coordinated intervention of security forces, all animals were caught and transported to a safe area. Authorities have launched investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
