Medvedev threatens Europe after the attack on Romania: Sleep is over.

Russia's Security Council deputy head Dmitry Medvedev has reacted after a Russian fears hit a building in Romani, leaving two people injured, while also issued threats to European countries.

You need to understand that your authorities have unilaterally entered the fight with Russia. So beware, and be not surprised by anything. Sleep is over. But you know who you need to ask about why”, Medvedev said.

In the early morning hours, one of the Russian drones issued towards western Ukraine crossed the border and hit a residential building in Romania, wounding two people.

The event has prompted strong reactions from the European Union. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said Russia's aggressive struggle has crossed yet another border.

“Russia's aggressive struggle has crossed yet another border. An attack with Russian drone hit a dense residential area in Romania, where civilians were wounded. On European Union territory. We stand completely close to Romania and its citizens. As we continue to strengthen security and preventive capacities, especially on the eastern border, we will continue to increase pressure on Russia. We are preparing the 21st sanctions package”, von der Leyen has said.
