Kurti scandal: The prosecution is not really independent of the Government - the career of Blerim Isufaj no longer has four legs

The incumbent, Albin Kurti, has issued a scandalous statement in his interview tonight.
Kurti said it is against Blerim Isufaj being chief prosecutor, broadcasting Periscopi.
He brought grave accusations against Isufaj and criticised him for insisting to be the chief prosecutor, despite the three heads of state opposed him.
If I knew how the new prosecutor would behave, that would be okay. I don't know how he's gonna behave. I know this guy doesn't, I'm not saying that. 200 prosecutors have Kosovo, I've never told them that Filan or Fysic had to become chief prosecutor, except I know that this one doesn't, that he's released Radojcih, he's done his arrest warrant, he doesn't do that to the chief prosecutor, and he knows he doesn't, it's very interesting how he insists. Whoever stands behind that person who insists on or is so irrational that despite the three heads of state publicly stated against him, he still insists on becoming the chief prosecutor, deeply wrong.”, he said at Kanal10.
Kurti said the prosecution is not really independent of the government, arguing this scandalous statement by the example of Clinton brothers holding two important positions in the past at the same time.
He also threatened “” Buy Isufajn with a fall, saying his chair has no more four legs.
The procedure is not really independent of the Government, even in full of other European countries, the judiciary is him. Now we have a situation where we have a political power at the Prosecutor's Office that takes the warrant off of chief criminal Radojcik. There's no guarantee that the next chief prosecutor would be great, but I know this is really bad. It's interesting that this person, when he's got his seat on you, is now doing procedureal cossacks, it's a little like the opposition. He's just trying to extend it to himself, because he's seen his chair no longer have four legs on which he's sitting. /Periscopi/
