The Alliance's candidate for prime minister, Ardian Gjini, has declared that increasing the VAT threshold for Kosovo craftsmen would be among the first decisions with his rule.
He has declared before the laptops on Sunday that increasing the threshold to 100,000 euros would imply more tools in the bank accounts of craftsmen in Kosovo.
“What we can do within July, how to build the Parliament, we can lift the tax or land tax. You quickly change each farmer's pockets. Right away. We can increase the VAT threshold, 100,000 euros. As we raise that threshold, all craftsmen -- of Podujevo, Gjilan, Mitrovica, Istog and all of Kosovo -- immediately have triple the means in their contract” -- Djindjic has indicated.
He has added that the decision would not require a few years to be expected, but it would immediately be made.
Right now, there's not gonna be a year, 2 or 3, but they're going to have triple tools, and they're going to be able to increase their business. Every artisan, shop, barber, every date-off, everybody knows what I'm talking about, he added.
