(a month ago)The Kosovo Communist Association has decided to submit the regulation of Government No to the Constitutional Court. 07/2025 for the Accession Process in the Civil Service, countering it as interference with local government competencies.
According to municipal representatives, the new regulation directly affects local autonomy and limits municipal decision-making space to civil service management at the local level.
In a media proposal, the head of the Rahovec municipality, Smajl Latifi, has criticised the decision, calling it a continuation of interventions from the central level.
