Rejecting orders endangered traffic safety, police in Gjilan detain a motorcycle driver, identified as eight consecutives.

It adds that, in terms of the case, the State Prosecutor has been announced, which has authorised the initiative of anti-verbal procedures against the suspects, and that anti-responsivesiveds have been issued to suspects for counter-invention from the area of the Order and Public Peace, as well as to be seen under the Law for Road Traffic Rules.

I inform you that on the 2606.26th, following the operational action company, Kosovo Police Police officials . . Regional Road Traffic Units in Gjilan, which are currently engaged under the Task Force “Security in Traffic” has managed to locate the suspected person, citizens of the Serb Republic of Kosovo, in Gjilan.

The suspect in some cases, while running his motorcycle, has ignored orders from police officials to stop, on which case has jeopardised the safety of police officials as well as other participants in communications. During the process of pulling the motorcycle, the suspect has hampered police officials and personnel authorised to transport vehicles to carry out their official duties.

The State Prosecutor has been announced in connection with the case, which has authorised the initiative of anti-independence procedures against the suspects. He has been addressed as a propagator for countering from the area of breaking order and public calm, as well as for paper presentation under the Law on Rules of Road Traffic.

Eight cases have been recorded during the treatment, (8) the controversy for which cases of prosecution have been compiled. Also, the temporary selection of the motorcycle used by the suspect has been made. The subject will be processed in regular procedure with the competent court.
