In a media communique, sir. The RRE has announced the publication of consultative reports on allowed maximum revenues for Transmission System Operator and Market Exchange (KOSTT), Transmission System Operator (KEDS), and Universal Service provider (KESCO).
In this report it is said that the ZERE has proposed to avoid immediate impact and that this be distributed into more than a period of tariffs, through a cost profile mechanism.
This mechanism envisions that some of the increased supply costs will be distributed to more than a time of tariff, with the aim of easing impact on tariffs for a single year. This treatment does not represent real reductions in costs, but a distribution in time, contributing to supply stability and sustainability for consumers. So ZRRE proposes that for this year, relevant tariffs should not be increased by electricity tariffs for consumers of the universal service”, the communique says.
