According to a special report, Judge Gosnell also indicated that, for these statements and without prejudice, decisions regarding the still untested defence motions, the parties were invited to present their statements on the grounds that additional sessions would not be needed for the presentation of defence witnesses.
The “put together the other details specified on the order issued on April 16, 2026, was also that the judge determined the date for May 5th 2026 and 1600 as the date when defence should hand over reports of closing the presentation of relevant evidence, depending on confirmation after the pre-emptives of”, the statement said. /Periscope/
