According to the official announcement by the Special Prosecutor, the suspect has been arrested by police at the Merdar border crossing. He's been detained for 48 hours, under the prosecutor's decision. According to the announcement, the detainee is suspected of committing criminal acts: “the conduct of the terrorist work” and “heavy works against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo”.
The special prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo will take all necessary investigative actions in line with the legislation in power and the Code of Criminal Procedure, while simultaneously guaranteeing the integrity of the ongoing investigation”, the Special Prosecutor's Office says.
And Minister Svechla has said that “terrorists have no place in our country, nor will they be able to escape responsibility indefinitely”.
“Today, another suspected terrorist was arrested in the search, Stefan Radulovic, in connection with the case of the terrorist attack on Zvecan Banjscan with the intention of annexing the north. The time of tolerance is over. They would catch you wherever they came in. We go on and on about constitutionality and legitimacy”, he wrote on Facebook.
