The hearing is expected to begin at 09:30 p.m., where final words of defence will be given for accused Blagoje Spasojevicq, Vladimir Toliq and Dusan Maksimovic will be delivered.
The three indictees will be brought before the court as they face charges related to the September 24th 2023 attack.
At last session, Special Prosecutor Naim Abazi had sought life imprisonment for the accused.
In his final address, he had presented a 21 - page document as well as a view from the moment of the attack on September 23, 2023.
According to the prosecutor, it has been proven that the accused were aware of the development of the attack and had a role in it, while its goal, according to him, was to annex the north of Kosovo.
