Prosecutor: Three different versions of the incident by accused aim to avoid criminal responsibility

Prosecutor Yavorka Perlinqevic, in the final address, said that after the development of the evidence procedure, where all material evidence collected during the investigation was questioned by all relief witnesses who had knowledge concerning the clarification of the random circumstances, as well as the presentation of protection by the accused, a [...] has been closed down.
Perlyqevic said that in this final word the focus will be on the facts presented by witnesses and the circumstances discussed during the trial, rather than on the preliminary procedure.
According to her, the oldest son, in the presence of the psychologist, stated: “hyan put his hand in and made it to Mom Ban”. She also mentioned Leonard's testimony that children have clearly clarified the event and do not want to communicate with their father, accused Naim Murseli, even rejecting telephone calls enabled through the Swedish Centre for Social Affairs.
The prosecutor stressed that three different versions of the incident were presented during the trial review by the accused, who, according to her, present efforts to avoid criminal responsibility and bear guilt to others, calling this “three different scenarios of a” event.
She added that, according to managed evidence, accused Naim Mursel has spent the afternoon of critical day with accused Granit Plava, who allegedly bought the weapon used in performing the work, and has used a car borrowed at that time. According to her, these circumstances do not match defence statements, and analysis of the videos shows coordinated vehicle movements.
Perlinqevic also mentioned that in June 2022 the Mursel family in Sweden had paid a security policy on behalf of victim Liridona Ademiaj, and that, according to her, accused Naim Mursel had asked accused Cocalla Framework to find a way to kill her. /Periscope
