That is how Parliament Speaker Albulen Haxhiu has announced that the contest must be repeated.
The latter has called on the commission to take the necessary actions for publishing the call, the invitation, for the proposal of two candidates for judges to the Constitutional.
Votes for candidates from the fourth round were:
Amy Avdyli Pozhari, 60 votes
Jonida Xhafa, 62 votes
Flag Mallesor, HINA 51 votes
