As a result of the shooting, two people have been injured and sent for treatment at Prizren Regional Hospital's Emergency. According to doctors, the injured are out of danger for life and are continuing medical treatment.
Police have announced that several persons involved in the case have been identified and arrested, while one of the suspects continues to be on the run. It's Egzon Besim Reshan, born in 05.07.1992, living in Prizren.
Authorities have requested the citizens' co-operation in providing information that could lead to his arrest, inviting them to report any information to 192 through social networks or any police station in Kosovo.
The “Justice Vow” has also published videos from Reshan's direct presentation in which Chief Prosecutor Kryeziu and Regional Police Directorate officials threaten and strongly insult.
Even the State Chief Prosecutor's Office has condemned threats to Prizren's chief prosecutor Petrit Kryeziu as an attack on justice, while the suspect Egzon Reshan, declared in search of “the assassination target” and <x2feide”, is expected to face institutional response.
