Narcotic plants from the laboratory discovered in Pec are expected to be eliminated today

Today, the extermination of narcotics plants found this Saturday in the village of Jablanica Minor in Pec will take place, following action by Kosovo's Basic Prosecutor and Police.

That is what Peja Founding Prosecutor Shkodran Nikci said.

We remember that the prosecutor, Sahidé Gashi, made it known that the operation was carried out after accepting information from the ground and verifying them through safe sources.

According to her, during the search at suspected locations, a laboratory for narcotic plant cultivation has been found, as well as advanced equipment used to create conditions for cultivation.

We've received information from the entire Antidroga Unit in Pec, and from safe sources we've first confirmed that information, and after we've secured the competent court order today, the Units and the state prosecutor have come to control at the suspected locations that have successfully resulted. Where we found the exact location, a lab and plants that were in the process of cultivating, extremely advanced equipment for creating conditions for cultivation. We suspect that electricity for their cultivation is being used illegally, and we've been calling at the scene and unit I. KEDS”, Gashi said.
