Mursel, Coke, and Plava are brought to court, heard the final words

In the prosecution's indictment, Mursel, Plava, and Kokola were said to have agreed in advance that the murder would be carried out by the accused Plava with an agreement for Murseli to pay him 30 thousand euros.
The entire plan for the murder of Liridona was reportedly made by her husband, now accused Naim Mursel, as a result of the disorder of family and marriage reports, where his desire for revenge arose.
The indictment reportedly originally revealed the plan to the Cocae from Mursel, but he had refused to find an opportunity to kill Liridona, and then Colola had found the Plava, with which Naim had announced it. And Naim Murseli himself, reportedly secured a 20-round weapon from accused Tom Dodaj, from whom he bought it for 280 euros. With this gun, it was now the death of the deceased.
According to the indictment, because of disturbing family and marriage reports, during which resentment and a desire for revenge have arisen in the first defendant, Naim Murseli, the latter has made plans now to remove Liridona from his life.
The indictment states that after June 25, 2022, when the life insurance police were paid in the name of Liridona Murselli with the Folxham company, in the amount of 3,000,000 Swedish crust, in order that after the assassination there would be financial benefits, the third defendant Naimi (Charkallus), revealed his wife's liquidation plan and asked him to find opportunities for her murder.
The Actakuza says that initially, Kokalla has refused and then found the second defendant, Granit Plava, with whom he has announced Naim Mursel, and that the three have agreed that Graniti would carry out the murder by agreement that Naim pay compensation in the amount of 30,000 euros.

Granit Plava, reportedly used the weapon in question for killing now the deceased Liridona. With this, Naim Mursel is accused of co-ordinating with accused Granit Plava and Cocalla since committing criminal work “heavy murder” by Article 173, par.1, points 1.3 and 1.4 related to Article 31 and 34 of the Penal Code.
According to the indictment, on November 29, 2023, at the time interval of 20:11 to 20:18 in the village of Brnica on the road “daly Alshiqi” in Pristina, the first defendant Naim Mursel by car to which she was now the late Liridona and their children, aged 4 and 6, after the preliminary agreement, has given her carlight to Plava defendant, for what he suddenly appeared in front of the hooded car on his head and pistol, while the defendant, while Mursel, had stopped his car with his right hand and held his license for his left hand, <2x> reports to Justice.
Naim Mursel says that I don't know how Liridona got hurt in her left hand.
Always according to the indictment, defendant Granit Plava for compensation in the amount of 30 thousand euros, from the direct proximity through the semi-opened window by the passenger, has fired a bullet from the pistol into Liridona's head, in the back of his right ear, causing fatal injuries, resulting in his life at the scene. Her death, according to the autopsy report, resulted in internal and external bloodshed.
With this, Granit Plava is charged with co-ordinating with Naim Mursel and Cocall Consistent carried out the criminal act “heavy murder” by Article 173, par.1, period 1.6 concerning Article 31 and 34 of the Penal Code.
At the third point of the indictment, Granit Plava is charged with the finder of November 29, 2023, about December 1, 2023, about 16:15, where the raid was carried out on his home in Cremina, the Gjakova municipality, where the weapon was found, without authorization, and contrary to the Law for Weapons, had a pistol with 19 bullets with which he carried out the work, which Namim had purchased on November 29, 2023, about 14:00 by the fourth defendant Tomda at a lot of $280.
With this, Plava is accused of committing criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 366, par.1 of the Criminal Code.
Cocalla was able to inform Granit Plava with Naim Mursel and agreed that Graniti would carry out the murder for 30,000 euros.
The indictment says that after the first defendant, Naim Murseli, has asked for Cocalla's case to find opportunities for his wife- Liridona Mursel's murder and the same one has refused, the fraud has found the second defendant Granit Plava, with whom Nazim has been informed, and the third have agreed that Granit will carry out the murder by agreement so Nami will pay compensation of 30 thousand euros.
According to the indictment, Naim on November 29, 2023 has secured the weapon and 20 bullets that he bought at about 2: 00 p.m. from Tom Dodaj for 280 euros, given it to Plava, who has been using the weapon mentioned for now killing the late Liridona.
In this regard, the Cocall Consumption is charged with co-ordination with Naim Mursel and Granit Plav has committed criminal work “heavy murder” by Article 173, par.1, 1.1 points related to Article 31 and 34 of the Penal Code.

Cocalla is also charged that even though immediately after the recent assassination of the late Liridona had knowledge that the criminal act was carried out by defendant Naim Murseli (who accepted it while they were in the hotel room the same night after the murder) and the second defendant Granit Plava, the defendant Kokalla has not announced to the perpetrators, nor the criminal work of planning to perform which he actively participated with Mursel of Plava, which the competent bodies originally investigated as being arrested until two days later in December 1st.
In this regard, the Coca clan is accused of committing criminal acts “of failing to report criminal acts or their perpetrators” by Article 378, par.1, point 1.1 concerning Article 34 of the Penal Code.
Meanwhile, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has warned that the government is preparing a new financial package to cope with inflation growth and to ease the impact of the economic crisis on citizens.
