At this meeting between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the ministers of his cabinet, 24 heavy points were approved.
The government at this meeting has approved:
- Amendment Ratification Act No. 2. of the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union for the IPA 2020 Programme;
- Amendment Ratification Bill No. 1. of the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union for the IPA Programme 2019, Part Two, Target 1;
-The Free Trade Agreement Ratification Bill between the Republic of Kosovo and the United States ofEFTA. The bill aims to ratify the Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the United States ofEFTA (Icelandic, Lichtenstein, Norway and Switzerland). Agreement establishes free trade zone in line with Article X GATT 1994's XIV and GATS Article V, liberalising the trade of goods and services and improving access to the market for investments;
-The Law on Change and Fulfilling Laws dealing with Rationalisation and Determination of Executive Agency Accounting Lines. One of the priorities of the Government of Kosovo is for the state of Kosovo to have a good overhaul in the area of public administration reform and this regulation will be achieved through this Bill. Among countries in the region that are valued for progress in the Public Administration Reform (RAP) through the annual report by the European Commission, Kosovo is the country with the largest number of agencies, and agencies reporting in the Assembly;
- Central European Free Trade Agreement Ratification Act 6 for Trade in Services for Change and Acceptance of the Central European Free Trade Agreement aimed at progressive liberalisation of trade in services between contracting parties. This protocol is negotiated under the CEFTA Agreement and sets rules for market access, national treatment, transparency and elimination of regulatory barriers for various sectors of services in line with the principles of the World Trade Organisation (GATS);
-The State Protocol Ratification Bill 5 of the Central European Free Trade Agreement Education and Amendment. This protocol aims at simplifying inspections, reducing import-export formalities, electronic data exchanges, mutual recognition of laboratory tests and the Authorised Economic Operators programme, effective implementation of risk control. This protocol extends its effects to all other border-functioning agencies, and this is the substantial addition of this protocol, which is based on the philosophy of facilitating trade approved by all WTO member states in the Trade Relief Agreement;
-Agreeed to the State Protocol Ratification Bill 7 for Settlement of Disagreements, the Amendment and Access Agreement in Central European Free Trade. This protocol aims to enable CEFTA parties to create a more structured approach to consultations, mediation and resolving disputes within CEFTA;
- The Agency for Innovation and Intervention. The purpose of this bill is to define principles, rules, organisation and institutional mechanisms for support, promotion and promotion of innovative and entrepreneurial activities, with the aim of accelerating sustainable economic, social and environmental development in the Republic of Kosovo;
- The Cultural Heritage Central Inspectorate bill. With this bill, the foundation, organisation and operation of the Central Cultural Heritage Inspectorate are provided as the executive agency within the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. With the establishment of this important mechanism, legal, professional and functional conditions will be created to make control and assessment of conditions and the state of preservation of cultural heritage, and according to the need take appropriate measures to preserve and protect cultural heritage in the country;
- The Emergency Management Agency bill. The agency is a body responsible for domestic emergency management, protection from natural disasters and other disasters;
- Rule for changing and completing Rule No. 09/19 for the Integration of Foreigners. The main issue addressed in this reform project is the improvement and completion of the existing framework for the integration of foreigners in the Republic of Kosovo, through change and completion of regulation (QRK) No. 09-2019. The changes focus on strengthening institutional mechanisms for exchange of data between the responsible institutions. Longing the term for basic housing for persons with refugee status, person with complementary defence status or person with temporary protection;
-The decision to change and fulfill the Government's decision to appoint the Board of Directors of the Central Public Company “A. by which the leader is chosen, Shaban Neziri;
-Some financial means worth 20,721.00 (a hundred thousand seven hundred and twenty-one) for meeting the annual contribution of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for 2026 to the Regional Centre for Migration, Asia and Refugees, headquartered in Skopje;
- The decision to propose the Commission for Narcotics to change and complete signs from paragraph 2 to Article 10 of Law No. 02/L-128 for Narcotics Bars, Substances Psychotrope and Precursors, based on mechanisms for change and completion, defined with international conventions on narcotics control;
-Despite financial means in many of 100,000 (a hundred thousand) euros for organising and realising the Country Partner Package (Country Partner Package) under the two-day Futuro Industry Minds 2026, which will be held on May 11, 2026, at Grandtel Schloss Bensberg, in Germany;
-The request for the payment of the Chiosca space loan, which is found under Elez's Customs Terminal Hani of Elez, Elez County, according to the request from the Kosovo Customs/ Finance Ministry, at 36 months for economic development in the field of gastronomy;
-The request for a rental application for a 265 square m restaurant space, which is under Elez's Customs Terminal Hani of Elez, Elez County, according to demand from the Kosovo Customs/The Ministry of Finance for 36 months to develop economic activity in the field of gastronomy;
-The initiative for linking the Grant Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, COST and KWA, for Development of the Energy Sector (Faza V) II) ) Improving the Broadcasting Network;
-Concepts the document for the Strategic Bank Trade Control Field, whose main goal is to improve control in the field of trade with strategic goods, as preconditions for free market functioning, protection of economic operators and enable fair competition, control and supervision of state security advancement, the Republic of Kosovo's foreign policy interests towards meeting international obligations and agreements;
-The Bill for Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania for the Mediterranean Games Pristina 2030;
-The decision to establish institutional troops for membership in the European Union;
-The decision to announce the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Organisation (IRGC), as a terrorist organisation on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo;
- The decision to propose the Justice Ministry for the appointment of members of the Commission for Jurisprudence Testing.
