After the first round of voting, attended by 114 deputies, two have been invalid, while the candidate who has received the least vote is Benina Kusari.
However, the most votes in the first round have received Emine Avdyli Pozhari, who is the wife of analyst Dzevdet Bozhari, who is known as Prime Minister Albin Kurti's great supporter.
In the first round, Emine Avdyli Pozhari has received 58 votes.
Following that is the rank of Jonida Xhafaj with 57, Flamur Mrasor with 47 votes -- Zahir Qerkuni with 43 votes -- Hope Emra by 14 votes, and Benina Kusari by 3 votes.
It is the latest to be eliminated for the second round of voting, since the candidate that gets the most of the votes is eliminated.
According to the procedure, until the outcome of the necessary votes, the candidate who gets the least of the votes leaves the race.
Opposition and civil society yesterday have expressed their concerns about apprehending the Constitutional by the VV.
