He has suggested that the Court of Appeals has confirmed the Constitutional Court Act in Pristina, with which all war pension beneficiaries are recognised the right to basic retirement, in which even the elderly are included.
In his Facebook profile, he has published the Appeals Act, showing that this court has refused the complaint of the Ministry of Finance and its client has been recognised the right to benefit from the war category and age pension simultaneously.
“Confirmed... The Court of Appeals removes all dilemmas and allows the realisation of pensions in all war-free categories, thus confirming the Constitutional Court's bias in Pristina-Administrative Department”, Sa God wrote.
