The Commercial Court's decision on damages worth over 32m euros, O ECK: Justice Act independently

Through a response, OEK has expressed concern about the impact that Ethiopian cases can have on economic stability and business trust.

Any attempt to politicise a judicial decision or to pressure justice institutions undermines confidence in the system and increases uncertainty in the private sector”, is said in the OEK response, calling on political institutions and acts to show restraint and responsibility in this case.
