Behrami: Special Court is diverting from mandate, Trendafilova called for clarification

Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Artan Behrami has voiced criticism of Special Court and its chairman, Ekaterina Trendafilova.

During his speech in the Parliament, Behram said that this court, in co-operation with the European Union, treats Kosovo's Parliament as “in surrogate”.

“Since the establishment of the Specialised Chambers of the Republic of Kosovo, this is the first communication of this court with us. Do you know why? Because Trendafilova and the European Union view Kosovo's Parliament as a mother of surprise, as long as EULEX, UNMIK and Resolution 1244. The Special Court is making a terrible deviation in the mandate this nation has given to”, Behrami has declared. /Periscopi
