Citizens' co-operation with Kosovo Police leads to the discovery of another amount of illegal means in Zubin Potok

Thanks to co-operation and information shared by citizens with the Kosovo Police, the discovery of alleged illegal means has been achieved in two locations in the municipality of Zubin Potok.

Case I

On the 1804.26th, police units from the Mitrovica Police Regional Directorate have accepted information that in the village of Paljevo municipality Zubin Potok may have illegal means.

After the police controlled, a barn was found and seized:

1 Zastava M59 rifle

3 bullets 7.62 mm

165 rounds of 7.92 mm.

All actions undertaken have been submitted to the State Prosecutor, who has directed the initiative of the case “possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.

There are no people arrested in these cases.
