63 votes for 22 against no abstention are voted into the first review of the Bill for the Co-ordination Measures of Foundation Products in Special Trade Destabilisation Cases.
Opposition was received by opposition parties for calling the session.
The head of the parliamentary group from the Vetevendosje Movement, Arberie Nagavci, spoke of the purpose of this bill.
The Parliament's chief “, as in the request that we have already sent the signatories, due to the extraordinary importance this bill has for citizens and in order to give MPs in the coming days to give their contributions, we have designed to consider today's session. I invite all MPs to support this proposal and provide space for the adoption of the” bill, Nagavci said.
Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Progress Gruda said it is unacceptable to shampoo by procedures
“To PDK is unacceptable to avoid the procedure to examine the laws. The regulation clearly says it should spend two weeks spreading laws. We're all witnesses here that we've got full e-mail laws, and it's impossible, and I'm a lawyer to read and process all of this. That's why we're against, even all ladies heads, the question we ask as a group is: Why is it urgent to review Kosovo's important laws with hasty procedure? Why don't you give us a chance to read, analyze, give us our positions, propose changes, and so on. This, that is, this speed, we don't understand why. That's why we're against it. We are against avoiding regulation and adopting a hasty procedure”, Gruda said.
The head of the parliamentary group from the Democratic League of Kosovo, Jehona Lusaku, rejected this call from the session and said the LDK would not get a vote.
“Today, we have been called to an extraordinary session, not for a state or national emergency, but because of an emergency or economic crisis, we are being called over 10 ordinary laws necessary to citizens but to flee regular procedures. Having passed 10 laws without debate, without transparency and without responsibility. This does not indicate something about urgency, indicates the tendency to escape parliamentary debate. That's avoiding the responsibility of every MP in this room. Laws are not technical documents passed as a product line. It's neither numbers nor electoral purposes, but it's a contract to correct every citizen's life. And if they are, debate is required, analysis is required, and it is required that they be passed here when we are sure of the content of each of these laws. And today it is demanding that these contracts be passed on to citizens and laws be passed only for the sake of the page” said Lushaku.
