The case judge, Errol Gashi, found the same is guilty of criminal acts, reports “The Justice Vow”.
The court sentenced the accused to a fine of 2,500 euros, which the accused could pay in two equal installments.
The accused has been suspended from house arrest, while the time spent under house arrest from 19,03.26 to 16.04.2026 will be calculated so that days of staying in the measure of house arrest would equal 20 euros of fine sentences.
If fine sentences are not paid, he will be replaced with prison sentences, accounting for a day in prison for every 20 euros of the fine.
The injured Aludin Hamiti has been instructed in regular legal-civilal disputes for the property-juridic demand.
The accused is obliged to pay the procedure's expenses: $20 for the compensation fund of the victims and 100m for the judicial pavilion.
None of the parties in the procedure were present.
According to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act of March 19, 2026, on November 26, 2024, around 14:30 on Facebook, at the address of Kosovo, defendant Liman Berisha, in the form of writing and voice messages, has sent threatening messages to the moderator Alud Hamiti, writing: “Ed (former program attendant) is my nephew, the word you said to him, Alaudin, believe me there's a life fee, and if you raise that tone, there's a bullet hanger fast.
According to the indictment, this act of injury has made him feel fearful and insecure.
Therefore, Berisha is tasked with criminal work “Canosja” by Article 181, paragraph 2 of the Kosovo Republic Penal Code.
