Interpol wanted for murder, extradited from Kosovo to northern Macedonia

Kosovo police, the Directorate for International Police Co-operation, in co-ordination with the relevant police units and justice institutions, have implemented on March 4th 2026 the extradition of a North Macedonian citizen with the B.L. initials from the Republic of Kosovo to Northern Macedonia.
The man in question was arrested by the authorities of the Republic of Kosovo, after being demanded by Interpol under international arrest warrant issued by competent northern Macedonia authorities for criminal work “Vrasje”, and suspected to have avoided justice.
Extradition has been implemented in line with legislation in force and on the basis of bilateral inter-institute co-operation between the Republic of Kosovo and Northern Macedonia.
The Directorate for International Police Co-operation will continue exchanging information with local institutions, partner states and international organisations, with the aim of preventing, investigating and uncovering criminal activities, as well as in the function of tracking, apprehending and arresting persons and criminal groups operating within and outside the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
