It has been four months since the conclusion of local elections in Kosovo, while the winner of local elections, Rama, has still not introduced his cabinet. Although he also won a mandate as head of Pristina, Rama's progress is not rushing his cabinet's presentation with which he will run the municipality, writes Periscope.

In principle, there is an agreement for co-governance between the two political parties, the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Demorkatic Party, orly between Rama Progress and Ismaili Bridge, as chairman of PDK in Pristina.

“Tortja” for the division of power in the capital is already divided, but that Pristina chairman Progress Rama listens to from the Democratic League of Kosovo, exactly to Lumir Abdixhiku, if the party leading would decide for a coalition at the central level with Vetevendosje Movement.

Meanwhile, Periscop sources have said the LDK and PDK in Pristina have already shared the directors, but that the AAK has remained dissatisfied.

The PDK has been offered 8 directors and 4 public companies, while the AAKA has only two principals.

In the event of a coalition at the central level of VV and LDK, which would include the president's case and some ministries for LDK, then Periscop sources have said that Rama's progress would leave <x0 with fingers in his mouth” PDK's Ismaili Bridge in Pristina.

In case this coalition at the central level would also be formalised in the capital between the LDK and the VV within days. Rama's progress is ready to offer the VV in Pristina whatever they require”, a LDK source of Periscopi has said.

In terms of these developments, Periscopi has contacted Pristina municipality deputy chairman Florian Dusin, who said that these issues should be asked concerning progress by Rama exclusively.

Even though Periscop contacted Rama, he was not available on the phone.

Gzim Svecla's from the Vetevendosje Movement in Pristina, praised that the cabinet's failure to publish Progress by Rama is due to dissatisfaction with power sharing.

“The cabinet's non-publishment is due to frustrations with power sharing and is not a principle issue, but the public-political interests of subjects that concern the government with Pristina, mainly PDK and LDK”, Svecla told Periscope.

The editorial has also contributed to the PDK Parliamentary Group's chief in the Municipal Assembly, Leutrim Retkcori, but he said he would respond once he receives the latest information from the party he represents.

Until this article was published, Retkocer has not returned.

On the other hand, Beke Berisha of the AAK told Periscope that there is no information about what is happening within the Pristina municipality.

“I don't know the dance”, Berisha told Periscope briefly.

We remember that local elections were held on October 12th 2025, while the runoff in Pristina and several other municipalities on November 9th.

Chairman for Progress Rama has sworn in his second term with December 9th 2025. /Periscope.
