Also present at the session was Prime Minister Edi Rama, who decided to step down after the Speaker of the Parliament opened the voting procedure for issues on the agenda.
Opposition deputies followed the clashes from which they threw bottles and cardboard in the direction of Prime Minister Rama as he left.
Prior to Rama's departure, Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi expelled the Gazment Barddin hearing after he and deputy Klevis Balliu threw water towards the prime minister.
