” The Republic of Kosovo's Civil Code draft, where marriage to husband and wife is envisioned, is expected to come to the Assembly for a vote in 30.10.26.
Civil Status Bill, which envisions gender change every 10 years so 10 years you become a woman, 10 years you become a man and so on, you are expected to come to the polls in 30.06.2026.
The Act on Reproductive Health and Associated Medical Fertilization, where it is envisioned for women to be born without men and these children forbidden to know who their father is, is expected to come to the Assembly for voting at 01.10.2650.

As deputies, today we have accepted the Legislative Agency from the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
These are the priorities of Kurti III Government for 2026:
1. The Republic of Kosovo's Civil Code draft, where marriage to husband and wife is envisioned, is expected to come to the Assembly for a vote in 30.10.26.
2. Civil Status Bill, which envisions gender change every 10 years so 10 years you become a woman, 10 years you become a man and so on, you are expected to come to the polls in 30.06.2026.
3. The Act on Reproductive Health and Associated Medical Fertilization, where it is envisioned that women be born without men and these children are forbidden to know who their father is, is expected to come to the Assembly for voting in 01.10.2026.
These are the laws we returned to the previous legislature.
Today, they are returning to the 2026 legislative agenda.
Thus, Kurti III Government's top priority for 2026 is the very laws that were previously rejected and that did not pass to the Assembly.
