It becomes known that during the meeting, the latest institutional developments in the country were discussed, the constitutionalisation of the 10th Parliament legislature, as well as the pace of decision-making in the first weeks of work.
The official announcement reportedly stressed that Kosovo institutions are fully functional and dedicated to a clear agenda of reforms and European integration.
“In this spirit, as one of the first decisions of this legislature, the Assembly approved the European Union Growth Plan Agreement, which Kosovo benefits 882.6m euros, reflecting sustainable European orientation and readiness to advance with concrete reforms”.
Also, the approval of agreements with the World Bank worth 120m euros was set aside, as well as the adoption of the 2026 budget worth 4 billion euros, the country's largest budget in history”.
At the end of the meeting, it was also discussed the role of non-US communities in the Assembly and their active involvement in institutional life. It was stressed that Kosovo has built an advanced model for guaranteeing community rights, being among the countries with the highest standards in Europe in this direction.
“Vice Chairman Gola expressed gratitude for the support of the European Union during last year's political crisis period, stressing that Kosovo's Assembly remains committed to deepening co-operation and advancing reforms that bring the country closer to the European Union” was reported in the report.
