These planes, known as invisible “ ” (stealth) and among the most modern in the world, were placed on an Israeli Air Force air base as part of the strengthening American military presence in the Middle East, especially in the face of rising tensions with Iran.
About 12 F 22 planes have been seen landing on the base, and these are part of a larger stretch of American forces in the region, including other aircraft such as Fão35, Fão15 and Fão16, writes Anaduagency.
F 22 are aircraft used for air dominance, while their stalth technology makes it difficult to detect from radar.
The United States uses these planes as a powerful tool to show support for their allies and create a strong military influence in the region, while the situation with Iran remains tense.
Otherwise, the United States has deployed several aircraft carriers in the Middle East as tensions between Americans and Iranians rise.
