The accused of assisting in the S.S., Ilaz Salihu, has given protection before the Constitutional Court in Pristina, claiming that for the death of the late man, he has understood through portals.

In this case, Besnik Salihu is accused of killing the S.S., in March 2023 in Dumnica of Podujevo and of possession without permission, while Ilaz Salihu is accused of helping commit the assassination, reports the “Betim for Dreser”, broadcast Periscope.

Asked how he had learned about the killing of the deceased now, accused Salihu claimed he understood it through portals when he saw the initials of the late S.S.

“I understood through the portal”, Salihu said.

The accused Salihu pointed out that from his home and where the deceased man was now killed is ten minutes away walking on foot, while he added that he had heard the crack because, according to him, he was in the basement of the house at that time.

The defender of accused Besnik Salihu, lawyer Nasuf Hasani, proposed that the father of two indictees, A.S., who is now being heard in the quality of the witness, be heard by the father of the two indictees Salihu, A.S., the proposal he opposes.

In this regard, the court panel led by Judge Alban Ajvazi took the decision with which he rejected the commission of the lawyer Hasan, on the grounds that, according to the tribunal's assessment, the proposed witness does not prove specific cases, while in terms of this decision, the parties will take the most broad case for the investigation of the trial.

The lawyer Hasan stated that after the proposal, his protector had turned to him, saying he was extending the judicial process and for these reasons declared he backed down from protecting accused Salihu.

Under these circumstances, the court took a ruling with which it interrupted today's session, while at the request of indictee Salihu this Court will engage a lawyer under official office for the next session.

According to the indictment, on March 26, 2023, about 18:08 minutes in the village of Equipmenta, the Podujevo municipality, after a disagreement between accused Besnik Salihu and now the late S.S., the sly accused and unexpectedly approached the late S.S. That he might take his life.

The indictment reportedly fired the defendant, shooting two shots at the head now of the late S. S- once with a pistol on the left side of the head and once with a long gun under the beard, causing massive outside brain bloodshed, and because of wounds taken from the shells fired on the head, now the late S.S. With these actions, defendant Besnik Salihu has committed the criminal work of “grave murder”, according to Article 173, paragraph 1, KPRK's 14th.

The same is charged with carrying out criminal work “retaining unauthorized possession of weapons”, according to Article 366, paragraph 1 of KPRK.

The indictment also states that defendant Ilaz Salihu, in the country, time and manner described in the first device of this act, deliberately helped his brother, the faithful accused, by promising to hide evidence of committing a crime.

With that, defendant Ilaz Salihu has committed the criminal work of “to the grave murder”, according to Article 173, paragraph 1, 14 points over KPRK's Article 3. /Periscope/
