Excavations for mortar remains in Zubin Potok: Two people stopped for 48 hours

Two persons have been detained for 48 hours under investigation under the process of exhumation (resulting) at a location in the municipality of Zubin Potok.
The Special Prosecutor announced that this is about suspects with M.J. and M.B. initials who were detained at the prosecutor's decision.
The exhumation is being carried out at the request of the Special Prosecutor and on the basis of the Constitutional Court's order in Pristina, with the aim of identifying mortore remains. This activity is conducted under two cases of criminal investigation that the Special Prosecutor is leading.
According to the announcement, the process is being realised in line with the judicial order and professional and international standards for identifying mortor remains and preserving evidence, with the participation of responsible institutions and relevant experts.
The prosecution announced that other information will be published only to the extent that it does not harm criminal procedure, the identification process and the rights of the victims' families.
According to authorities, institutions remain committed to the full whitelight of the case and ensuring justice for victims and their families.
