Democratic Party of Kosovo candidate Bernard Nikaj has sharply criticised Prime Minister Albin Kurti's government for the way he managed relations with the United States of America (SHBA).
In an interview for the “Debat Plus”, Nikaj stressed that during President Beden's mandate, Kosovo has lost the opportunity to strengthen relations with the US.
According to him, this is a lost opportunity, given that Biden has a special connection with Kosovo, including his visits and his personal commitment to the country's development.
The “Kurti governance has, if it does so in popular form, it has wasted a US administration that had a president who knows Kosovo personally. The only president who has recognised Kosovo personally in detail, who has taken his family to Ferizaj at the inauguration of the road by the name of his son has been president of the US and Kosovo has achieved nothing during that mandate. This government has lost this chance. ” He said.
