Lawyer Gent Gjini, committed by the family of those killed in Serbia, Faton Hajrizi, has announced he will hand over indictments and criminal charges to the Constitutional Court to public officials who have used offensive languages and hatred of him.

Ginny told him. TIMEs it will sue Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu and Vetevendosje Movement MP Arber Reda “who have used unethical and insulting expressions against the Hajziri” family.

We will hand over lawsuits and criminal charges to the Pristina Constitutional Court to public officials who have used insults and hate speech to Faton Hajriz, in terms of being a criminal, and the very word criminal has prompted us to prosecute charges of slander and insult. Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, prime minister as well, MP Arber Rexha and also Justice Minister, have used unethical and insulting terms against the Hajrizi” family, lawyer Djindi has said.

Faton Hajriz's mother has identified the body that was brought by Serbia in the early hours Friday, KOHA learns. The body autopsy will take place at 4:00 today.

Hajriz had escaped 6 July from the Smrekonica prison in Vushtrri, and on July 19th 2024 was killed in Lyoznica, near the border between Serbia and Bosnia.

His body has returned to Kosovo on August 9th, and two days later it was buried in the Low Squirrelite Club.

And, Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi had said Hajriz was a person convicted of criminal acts and has him in prison.
