Two more months of detention for allegedly killing Argentinian citizen in Fushe Kosovo

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has continued the detention of suspects in Kosovo for two months. The spokesperson for the Constitutional Court, Mirlinda Gashi, has confirmed this.
E. N at the request of the Basic Prosecutor in Pristina will remain in custody for two additional months.
“Referenced to your request for information, we inform you that after the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina for continuing the detention measure against defendants E. N, the Foundation Court in Pristina ʹThe Department for Criminal Affairs has approved the Basic Prosecutor's request in Pristina for continuing the detention measure, so that the detention measure indicted E. N, continued in length of 2 (two) months”, the spokeswoman for the Journal Express said.
Argentinan citizen Maria Clara Udangray has died in Fushe Kosovo on August 2nd. Authorities had managed to arrest E.N. with Swiss citizenship as suspects in the case.
While the Argentinan corpse is still found in Kosovo and has not yet been sent to the family in Argentina. Udangaray's family has also made a public appeal to help raise funds to enable the transport of the corpse from Kosovo to Argentina.
That the corpse is still found in Kosovo has confirmed for the Bergita Curri Journal of Legal Medicine. New information on the case says they don't.
“The body of the late M.C.U. citizen of Argentina, is still in the morgue of IML and we have no new information about the case”, Curri declared.
