Recak massacre next month starts trial in absentia against 21 indictees

20 wounds caused by the firearm by Serbian forces had suffered one of the victims of the Recak massacre.
There are 40 victims and the number of injuries they had suffered and the organs they had damaged.
The Kosovo Special Prosecutor, on 91 pages, has summed up the indictment against 21 people for the Recak massacre.
December of last year P The SRK filed an indictment, with the proposal for trial in absentia, against them, for the murder of 42 civilians on January 15, 1999, which the prosecution body document describes cruel killings, inhuman treatment, deportations and destruction of civilian property.
“Vries: on January 15th 1999, in the village of Recak, the Black Community, the high-ranking defendants in the quality of members of Serbian police and military forces, deliberately and in co-ordination, participated and contributed to the murder of 42 civilians in the village of Recak.
