It concludes the rating of the balloting by post office, approved over 82 thousand, down nearly 3,000.

From the beginning of this process on Tuesday (9 June, 4: 00 p.m.) and until its completion, on Sunday (14 June 2026, 500) in the evaluation process, 85,790 packages, out of which 82,809 were served, have already been rejected.

The CEC says the most obvious reason why these packages have been rejected is because, in 2,552 cases, the census report card is missing -- a document with unique data -- that the registered voter accepts by the CEC.

Also, other reasons, less expressed, relate to cases where more than one ballot or more than one person (322), when the voter sent the package from another country to which it was registered (23), when in the package only free registration card (32) was found when the stamp or stamp was missing (5), as well as when the ballot was printed (1). According to CEC data, files sent incorrectly (46)” have been recorded, the CEC reports.

During Monday, June 8th, the process of pulling parcels belonging to the vote outside Kosovo has been completed, respectively.

“The withdrawal of the ballot package is made from CEC mailboxes to 22 different states, as well as from the CEC mailbox in Kosovo. Out of 23 mailboxes, 85,790 alleged ballot boxes have been withdrawn in order to prove whether they were sent by registered voters to vote via mail.

Post voting started on May 21st and closed June 6th. The number of Kosovo citizens registered for voting through post office in this election was around 105 thousand”.

“This process has started Friday evening (June 12th) with the count of the first ballots belonging to this type of vote. So far (day, June 14th, 2026, 18:00) have been counted 60 ballot boxes, in which envelopes of balloting have been placed after their approval by the CEC's voter service”, the report said.
