You have made a mistake and will strike your head, just as you hit all those who promoted Kosovo as an independent state in Ukraine. You opened Pandora's box. Your bureaucratic answers that Kosovo is such a genius, that it is a special case, are ridiculous. Neither Albin Kurti nor Tirana believe in this”, Vuchevic told Pink TV.
He thinks he has great international support for creating “Greater Albania”, stressing that this is not only a question of Serbia, but also of its neighbours.
“Do our friends sleep peacefully in northern Macedonia? Do you sleep well? They think they're in the NATO pact and have solved their problems with it. This is the mantra of Montenegro and North Macedonia. When they became members of that collective security, namely the NATO alliance, they think they've solved all their problems and that nothing can happen to”, Vuchev said.
He estimated that leaders should look at “what is in history” and understand “what's going on in their house yard”.
“We do not want to lead their policy, but we can say that 25 percent of Albanians have 50 percent of power in northern Macedonia. If that's all right for Macedonians, it's all right for us, you will obviously have a policy that will not view Macedonia as their country”, he stressed.
Vucevic estimates that there is a nationwide consensus for national unity, and that the naive “Serbs think that this cannot happen and that there are no border changes”.
He stressed that <x0mantra that there are no changes to the borders has always been valid, so” has changed.
“I would not sleep quietly, but this is a question for Skopje and let Podgorica see what he will do. I see that the biggest question for them now is whether the Serbian parties, the Serbian party, or the coalition are allowed to come to power with, conditionically, some small ministries. In northern Macedonia 25 percent of Albanians have 50 percent of power, and in Montenegro 30 percent of Serbs cannot have two ministries or even one. They say we're getting involved in internal affairs. You intervene in our internal affairs you have recognised Kosovo, whether there is worse, more indecent and more open intervention in internal affairs”, Vuchev concluded.
Reactions from Montenegro
Montenegro's President Jakov Milatovic said any attempts to directly or indirectly interfere with foreign actors (from the region or the rest of the world) in creating the government in Montenegro are unacceptable.
At the social network X, former Twitter, Milatovic stressed that the 28th Assembly of the Parliament is a mirror of the will of the citizens of Montenegro, who under the Constitution are citizens of sovereignty.
The “expects the formation of the 44th Government to be based on the freely expressed will of citizens in the past parliamentary elections, as well as on programming priorities that will enable Montenegro's accelerated EU membership, the increase of living standards and the construction of the rule of law”, Milatovic wrote.
With threats that “Montenegro and Northern Macedonia will be hit in the head by recognition of Kosovo, as it did with Ukraine”, Serbia's Defence Minister and SNS President Milos Vuchevic, is playing war drums and destabilizing the region, the deputy and member of the Democratic Party of Socialists' Headship from Montenegro, Andrija Nikolic, forward the Express, said.
“Vuchevi deliberately ignores the fact that Serbia signed the agreement in Kumanovo, which represents the surrender of the Milosevic regime during the war, and that Milosevic acknowledged that all, the army, paramilitary, police, pre-police and all other armed formations from Serbia, to leave Kosovo” forever, the official said. DPS a.
Finally, he says, Vuchevic thinks the public in Montenegro has a “short memo”.
And remember that with Resolution 1244, Serbia agreed to leave Kosovo, with which it lifted the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia over Kosovo and introduced the procedure for determining Kosovo's final status. Montenegro, like other states, simply officially acknowledged what the actual situation was on the ground and that with one interest, Serbia and Kosovo move forward”, Nikolic stressed.
