Former Trade Minister: When bought goods with advance money, economic operator must offer bank guarantees

Former incumbent Minister of Trade and Industry Ismet Mulaj has been declared about allegations that despite the state reserve money being paid, the goods have not yet come.

Mulaj has said that in cases of purchase of cash goods, the economic operator must provide bank guarantees.

In case it was bought in cash avans, one of the conditions that should be met by the economic operator, it's banking, if it applied that criteria, we wouldn't have this situation today”, Mulay wrote on Facebook.

He has added, however, that not state affairs with panic, but with professionalism and courage.
