Two officials of this ministry have been arrested as well as a businessman who is suspected to be a close man to Prime Minister Albin Kurti. Division Director for State Banks Reserves, Hafiz Gara, director of the European Integration Department and Policy Co-ordination, Irfan Libovica and restaurant owner “Bouka of Honey”, Ridvan Muharrem Foundation Court in Pristina has pronounced 30 days of detention.
Regarding the scandal of state reserves allegedly misusing 600 thousand euros, opposition parties ( The PDK, the AAK's LDK, has demanded the resignation of MINT's minister, Roseta Hajdari.
But Minister Hajdari until he has given full support to the arrested officials of her ministry, has said he sees no “no reason to resign”.
“As far as my resignation is concerned, I see no reason to resign and say with full responsibility and security, and I see no reason nor simply doubt as to the officials who are currently detained”, the minister said at the conference called for the media on August 18th.
Only four days have passed since this event, when another “candal” erupted in Kosovo, when Education Minister Arberie Nagvaci suggested that MAST has failed to make arrangements with publishing houses for textbooks, arguing that the publishing houses “had swelled” prices.
In this regard, two publishing houses in Kosovo “Dukagini” and “Lagasi”, who have denied Minister Nagavci about the award of textbooks.

“Kosovo does not deserve a minister who has failed to manage education at any level and has eventually surrendered by handing over responsibility to parents”, said Women's Forum in the LDK Chairman Jehona Lusaku.
Meanwhile, at another media conference, AAK parliamentary group chief Besnik Tahiri said this AugustI plan would provoke strikes in education.
This situation can only end with the dismissal of this government. This government is undermining Kosovo”, Tahiri said.
He called for the collapse of the Government of Kosovo through an extraordinary session in the Kosovo Assembly in early September, citing both the reasons for allegations of misuse with state reserves. /Periscopi/
