Specialised rooms have revealed that the trial against former Kosovo Albanian Army leaders Hashim Thaci, Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veselini and Rexhep Selimi will continue today.
On the official DHSK site, it becomes known that the trial will begin by 09 o'clock, Clankosova reports.tv.
Otherwise, this court process began two and a half years later, following detention at The Hague, of four KLA leaders Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.
The SPS Act, set up on September 30th 2022, charges Thaci, Krasniqi, Wessel and Selimi on charges of joint criminal enterprise, which, according to the prosecution, had “the common goal of securing and exercising control over all of Kosovo through methods involving intimidation, mistreatment, violence, and the illegal elimination of those considered opponent <x1, between March 1998 and 1999, in various Kosovo countries.
