The prosecution's file on the triple murder in Glodjan, how the Mehmetaj family was sworn in for revenge during their daughter's funeral.

The statement about guilt, the three indictees did it after reading the indictment by prosecutor Sahedie Gashi.

The three accused were found innocent regarding criminal acts “grave murder”, “grave murder in co-ordination”, “Push to serious murder” and possession without permission.

In the prosecution's file provided by “Justice Vow”, it describes in detail how the murder by the accused was planned, as well as the motives that prompted them to carry out this act.

According to the indictment, the target of the murder had been the bus driver, now the late G.G. and that the murder had occurred as revenge, as the Mhmetaj family had blamed him for the suicide of their daughter H.M.

The indictment reportedly, defendant Halil, was sworn in retaliation to the late G.J. now, as well as on the occasion of his daughter's funeral ceremony in her coffin set his wristwatch.

Also described in the indictment is how the high - profile defendants in agreement and interaction with each other had carefully studied the ground, making sure that there is no camera and house coverage in the vicinity, keeping them waiting for buses coming from Gjakova in the direction of Glodjan and then one of them shooting guns in his direction, leaving three people dead.

According to the indictment set by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec, on May 5th 2023, charges defendants Kastriot and Kreshnik Mehmetaj, that by November 26th 2021, around 18:58 minutes in the village of Gllojan, the Decani municipality, exactly on the “Ismaj Haradinaj”, driven by postscriptult retaliation, in co-operation agreement with each other, deprives of life of three persons, two of whom were children.

The indictment says that after they had studied the terrain carefully, making sure there is no coverage of cameras and houses in the vicinity and knowing the exact time of arriving the bus “Erblin”, from Gjakova to the last shift, which the deceased G., with students and passengers on it, led.

Always according to the indictment, the defendant Kastriot takes the AK-47 automatic rifle, the Albanian production of the 7,62x39m calibre and moves on to the site of the event, on the right side of the road, and, as soon as he notices bus lights in question, comes in the middle of the road back to the bus he's reaching, and in order to force the same one to slow down or stop, he makes himself drunk, and when the driver first signals him with long lights and then lowers the Kastriot's speed at a distance around 6 meters back to the bus and gets the bus's target now feeling. And he shoots him to death, and so does the 17-year-old L.H., and the 17-year-old G.M., as well as inflicts serious bodily injury on F.T.

The defendant Kastriot is said to have risked the lives of other passengers: B.H., A.B., A.Z., B.M., and E.O., who were in those moments present on the bus, and then the same goes from the left wing of the bus, which was off the road, and continues to the village of Spathet, where he was waiting in the middle of the road with the defendant Kresnik's car and then takes the way home unatted and then destroy the gun.

Further in the indictment, this murder was said to have come as revenge for H.M. suicide. Which had occurred on June 14, 2020, for which act the Mehmetaj family has now blamed the late G.G.

For these actions the prosecution charges them with how co-chairmen committed the criminal act “heavy murder”, from Article 173, par.1, subpar. 1.1, 1.5, 1.8, 1.11, regarding KPRK Article 31.

In the indictment, defendant Halil Mehmetaj, from June 14, 2020, reportedly led defendants Kastriot and Kreshnik Mehmetaj, to the murder of now late G.J., who before them blamed him for the suicide of his daughter H. M, where it is said she had sworn in revenge, as well as on the occasion of the deceased's funeral ceremony in her coffin set his wristwatch.

He is charged with committing criminal work “Push into serious murder”, Article 32, over Article 173, par.1, subpar. 1.1, 1.5, 1.8, 1.11 of KPRK.

Also, the indictment charges defendants Kastriot, Kreshnik and Halil Mehmetaj, who in unassigned time with December 11th 2021, in the village of Gllojan, the Decani municipality, to their home in opposition to Article 5 par.1, the Weapons Law, maintain ownership, possession of ammunition, arms and ammunition, where in the case of police control, they find and secure, 156 rounds of weapons “AK-47” type “Calashnikove”, a short shooter of weapons “AK-47”, “Kalashnikove”, 6 rounds of the 12mm hunting gun, which is found not to have access to competent organs, and 6 military equipment.
