Analyst Ilir Mirena has said that the government of Kosovo, with the decision to suspend Klan Kosovo's business permit, is trying to subdue as he says, unconfirmed media.
Through a Facebook post, Mirena has indicated that the Kurti Government launched this battle with one of the most powerful media in the country, to follow others.
“Basically, the powers' actions against Kosovo's Clan have banditic logic. So when you fight your opponents, hit the strongest of them. Others will then wait in line to submit to”, he writes.

In an effort to find out that Kurti government has no hand nor is it intended to shut down the media, we have a VV) deputy for the attack on the Klan Kosovo stated and provided guarantees to a deceitful businessman, to plead for the possession of goods until he puts money in the house.
His poor point was that with license from the media, the KPM is taken, not the government.
That's true.
We all know, that no matter how ignorant this power is, they didn't go mad at government meetings to make a decision to shut down a medium, in this case the Kosovo Clan.
But here's what they've done, chronologically, that this week, they're first blending it up, then closing it down.
They first launched the news on a peripheral portal, which seems to be managed by them. The document's axis was told the opinion that the real owner of the Klan Kosovo is someone from Serbia. On the basis of this media campaign, two or three days in a row, this news was spread across social networks from militia, advisors, official and VVA deputy.
Very simple. Before Roseta Hajdari's decision was made to suspend the business certificate for Klan Kosova, opinion and ground had to be prepared for the minister's fair decision against a business with “pronar” from Serbia. When this medium was thrown into the hollow of the wood, the measure was only to applaud Albin's minister decision. And, step two, Heidi's decision.
The last step, after the suspension of the business certificate, was that the issue had to be addressed with urgency to KPM, the authority for audiovisual licenses in Kosovo. To be licensed by the KKPM, the first administrative condition is to have business certificates. So, yesterday night, there was a KPM, full of VV's militias, with the urgency of getting Clan Kosoves license, and before this weekend the lock was set on this medium.
He came back to my security deputy. He, in his manipulation sounds all right. Government decisions will not end, nor will spirit mediums be closed. There's no need for the Government to shut down the media, when it has the seized institutions that already do this job, in this case the KPM...
What we saw this week was a primitive campaign, however dangerous, of this power against the media.
In essence, the actions of power against the Kosovo Clan, have banditic logic. So when you fight the opponents, hit the hardest of them. The others will wait in line to bow down.
The clan, as a major and influential medium, has the lot first. On this logic, the campaign and measures Kurti's Government is taking against Klan Kosova are the first test of this regime to bring under Kosovo's uncontested media.
You wouldn't make it...
