Kurti has not expressed surprise at Serbia's actions, but he has said he is surprised by international tolerance and silence over the actions of the Serbian state, a day after kidnapping three border police officers in the north.
He has called on internationals to put pressure on Belgrade.
“Call on internationals to put pressure on Belgrade and call for police release. Serbia is not surprising, it has not changed from its appetite. What is surprising to us is tolerance and the silence of internationals to Serbia's actions, which is constantly seeking destabilisation”, Kurti said at the media conference following the Security Council meeting Thursday.
