Exile allegedly violated woman and came to Kosovo, Prosecutor in Slovenia seeks help from MD

Charles's prosecutor in Slovenia's town of Celje has asked the Justice Ministry for legal assistance in Kosovo over a case involving a Kosovar, to which they have launched investigations there, but the same has fled to Kosovo. The suspect has been identified and arrested, while currently under police ban. [...]
Sources within the Prosecutor's Office have suggested that it is L.K., which allegedly committed criminal acts “Dyumi” and “Deuna in the family”, where the victim is his wife.
The signal has learned that these two works -- the suspect carried them out last year -- of what authorities in Slovenia have filed criminal speculation. But after the case was denounced, the suspect had decided to leave the Slovenian state, hoping that it could “include” in Kosovo.
Based on the first information, the prosecution there has been informed that the suspect is in Kosovo, they have applied to the Ministry of Justice for assistance in this case.
Once the request was accepted, police have been able to identify and arrest the suspect, who has then been escorted to the police station for interviewing.
After the police proceedings were completed, the State Prosecutor has ordered the police ban on move, as additional actions will be taken within the legal deadline.
