The sixth witness launches testimony in judgment against Thaci and others, says one person was detained with the claim that he was a spy

The sixth witness with code 4355 has begun his testimony in the trial of Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.

While, he said a person had told him he had been detained by the KLA on the claim that he is an associate of Serbia (sipun).

The same, has begun to answer questions from the Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS), namely Prosecutor Matt Halling, reports “Justice bet”.

The Witness responded with é When asked whether he was interviewed earlier by the SPS and that the preparation hearing required several different parts of his statement, those changes were reflected in notes that were read aloud to him, and that the same had been the changes he had requested.

The same documents appeared to the witnesses on the screen, as well as were accepted by the court as material evidence following prosecutor Halling's proposal.

On the other hand, the witness in his testimony said that person 2 had seen person 1 and that he told him he had been in poor condition - beaten.

He said the person 2 had told him why the KLA had stopped him, saying the “have said he is an accomplice of Serbia, spy”.

The witness also said that the person 2 after coming home had been very beaten.

“Masi has come home, has entered the mrena and has finished crying, has his face black and his body has had the mavi, root”, he said.

He said that the person 2 had proved that there were other prisoners but that he did not know their names.

For some questions, the session went to private session and then was interrupted to continue tomorrow.

Similarly, the fifth witness with code 3165 completed his testimony when answering court questions at private session.

Otherwise, at today's hearing in the courtroom there were Thaci, Veselin and Selimi, while Krasniqi forwarded it through the video link.
