Memli Krasniqi invites President and Prime Minister to urgently gather Kosovo Security Council

At times like this, where the role of journalists for public information is extremely important, the chairman of the press. Memli Krasniqi's PDK stresses that it is completely unacceptable for their work to be hindered and for them to turn into targets.

We seek out competent Government institutions to ensure security measures for journalists and media employees who are on duty and are reporting throughout the day from the northern part of Kosovo”, Krasniqi has said through a statement published on his Facebook page.

In this case, the Democratic Party of Kosovo invites all Heedars, in all their capacities, to influence the calming of the situation, restoring normality and preventing further escalation of the situation.

“Understanding the seriousness of the situation and tension raised in municipalities in the northern part of the country, we invite the president and prime minister to urgently gather the Kosovo Security Council. The restoration of normality is the prerequisite of the start of a genuine, comprehensive, comprehensive municipal governance and in the service of all citizens of municipalities in the northern part of the country”, Krasniqi said.

On this mission, The PDK estimates that they must all be engaged, without exception, local and international elites.

The PDK encourages all Kosovo citizens to remain calm and not become part of any violent manipulation or behaviour that affects order, law and democracy in our country.
