Falsified official document, 5 thousand euros fine against Fushe-Kosovo official

Under the trial, the accused Abraham was sentenced to 6 months in prison, but with his consent, the prison sentence was replaced by 5 thousand euros in fines.
According to the indictment, the accused is obliged to also pay the expenses of the criminal procedure in many of the 100 euros on behalf of the judiciary, as well as 50 euros for the crime victims' fund.
The disgruntled side, against this decision, has the right to complaint in the 30-day term.
According to the indictment filed on July 1, 2020, Latif Ibrahimi is accused of being charged on December 3, 2017, at the Civil State office in Fushe-Kosovo, using official duty in the quality of the official person of the Civil State, in the registry has marked false data, in order to enable defendants Marjan Veljichkov to obtain the personal documents of the Republic of Kosovo.
At that point, under the indictment, Ibrahimi has made interference in the civil situation electronic system, using the personal data of Marjan Velickovic, so he has made his birth rewrite, respectively, generating the personal number of witnesses, this is adding the letter “ ” to the name of the same and his parents ♫ Veljicovic.
In the indictment, it is said that with such variation in the civil situation electronic system, a new personal number has been automatically generated for defendant Marjan Veljickovic, but other data have remained the same as those of the witness, in which case defendants Marjan Veljicovic has been enabled to be equipped with ID and passport of the Republic of Kosovo.
By this, he is accused of committing criminal work “Forging the official document” from Article 434, par.1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, the work punishable up to 5 years in prison. /Betimy for Justice
