He bribed 10 thousand euros and brokered to register a person as Kosovo citizen, suspect arrested

According to police, during further investigation it has been understood that persons arrested earlier, (A.R.) and (M.D.) are not recognised among themselves and that another person as mediator has been identified as the third suspect and for which investigators have been placed in his research and identification.

“The Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption (DHKEK), namely, the Regional Unit for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Gjilan, in co-operation with the Constitutional Prosecutor-Gylan, has carried out investigative/operative actions for several months, managing to provide evidence that the initial suspect (A.R.) North Republic of Northern Macedonia nationals allegedly registered as a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo in the municipality of the Year in a non-legal manner,<3x>

The high-ranking (A.R.) suspect has been registered in the civil state electronic system, by civil state official (M.D.) in the municipality of the Year and has been equipped by the electronic system of the civil state with personal documents (cetifiations, birth extracts and ID). During the investigation, the suspect (A.R.) is understood to have paid the amount of 10,000,000 (Ten thousand euros) in the census case. Top suspects with initials(A.R.) and (M.D.) were arrested on the 2704.2023”.
