The CEC has shown the reason for its resignation, just over a month after taking office.
Because of the professional contractual commitments that Mrs. Latif Jashari had outside the CEC even before that decision, has sought to free the interim position in BQK from May 15th 2023”, the CEC report said.
It is also stressed that this action does not violate the CEC to carry out its duties.
This action in no way violates the continuation of meeting the BEC's goals, as the Executive Board remains functional until the completion of regular positions of Executive Board members under the BEC Law.
